How do I correct the error ib_verbs UCX ERROR No space left on device?

Try recompiling the code if possible using cuda/11.2 openmpi/4.1.0_cuda-11.2 modules along with setting the environment variable "OMPI_MCA_mpi_cuda_support=0"
