In order to obtain GCP credits you first need to apply at Google's Research Credits Site

The required billing ID is 01A99E-3F7168-ADB4F1 . This billing ID is tied to our GCP reseller, Burwood Group . When/if credits are granted, they will be deposited into Burwood's billing ID. At this point, you should contact us via the helpdesk (IMSS > Google Cloud Services > Requests) so we can assist with setting up a project tied to credited billing ID.
